We have had an excellent experience with Michaela Ibrahim as our property manager for 2 houses which have been with MyProperty Consultants for 18 and 15 years respectively. With the 4 quarterly inspections we are kept up to date with the condition of the properties with a comprehensive report and photographs. There is a very sound communication process for alerting us about repairs and these are promptly arranged by Michaela on all occasions. Michaela is also adept in finding good tenants with a thorough screening process and we have been very happy with her professional management skills.
